Welcome to BELTIQUE! By using our website www.beltique.nl and placing an order, you agree to the General Terms and Conditions below. These conditions apply to all orders you place via our website and govern the rights and obligations of both BELTIQUE and the customer.

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions apply to all agreements concluded between the customer (hereinafter referred to as "you" or "customer") and BELTIQUE (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "BELTIQUE"), established at [address, the Netherlands], with regard to products offered via the website www.beltique.nl .

2. Order
2.1 To place an order, the customer must be at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
2.2 By placing an order, you agree to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2.3 All orders are subject to availability and payment approval. We reserve the right to refuse orders if there are suspicions of fraud or malicious intent.

3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices on the website include VAT and shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

4. Delivery and Shipping Costs
4.1 We offer free shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium for all orders.
4.2 We aim to process and ship your order within 1 to 2 working days, provided the product is in stock.
4.3 Shipping costs for other countries will be calculated and displayed during the ordering process.
4.4 Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery company and delivery address. BELTIQUE is not responsible for delays caused by the delivery service.
4.5 The customer is obliged to check the delivered product upon receipt. Any damage or imperfections must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of the order.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason and to return the product, provided that the product is in its original condition and unused.
5.2 The costs for returning a product are at your expense, unless otherwise agreed.
5.3 After receipt of the returned product and approval of the return, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days, excluding shipping costs.
5.4 Items that are custom made cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
6. Warranty and Complaints
6.1 We offer a 3-month warranty on all products we sell. If a product is found to be defective within 3 months of receipt, you can report this and we will offer a solution such as replacement or refund.
6.2 After the first 3 months, we will provide a solution for defects based on an individual assessment, but the warranty will expire after the 3-month period.
6.3 Any complaints or defects can be reported to us within 30 days after receipt of the order. We will assess the problem and, if necessary, offer a solution.

7. Liability
7.1 BELTIQUE shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury resulting from the use of the website, the products or the delivery of the products, except in cases of gross negligence or intentional action by BELTIQUE.
