Returns and Exchange Policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy – BELTIQUE

Returns can be sent to our Dutch storage or warehouse address, which you will receive as soon as you send us an email with your return request.

At BELTIQUE, we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the option to return or exchange your product under the following conditions:


1. Returns

1.1 Right of withdrawal
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason and to return the product, provided the product is in its original condition, undamaged and unused.

1.2 Refund
After receipt and approval of the returned product, the purchase price will be refunded within 14 days to the payment method you used during purchase. Please note: you are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless otherwise agreed.

1.3 Exceptions
Custom made items cannot be returned unless the product is defective or does not meet the ordered specifications.


2. Exchange

2.1 Changing size or color
If you'd like to exchange a product for a different size or color, you can follow the returns procedure and place a new order for the desired product. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the product is undamaged and unused.


3. Return process

3.1 Return request
To request a return, please contact us at info@beltique.nl with your order number and the reason for the return. We will then send you the necessary instructions, including the Dutch return address.

3.2 Packaging
Make sure the product is properly packaged, preferably in the original packaging, to prevent damage during transport.


4. Rejecting orders

4.1 Fraud and bad intentions
We reserve the right to refuse orders if there are suspicions of fraud, abuse, or malicious intent. In such cases, BELTIQUE will contact the customer to clarify the situation and, if necessary, cancel the order.


5. Warranty

5.1 Defective products
If a product is defective or does not meet quality standards, you can file a complaint within 90 days of receipt. Depending on the situation, we will offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or refund.

5.2 Warranty
All our products are covered by a 3-month warranty from the date of receipt. If a defect due to manufacturing errors occurs within this period, we will replace or repair the product free of charge.
